Promotion Uplift

Incremental units sold during a promoted period compared to the baseline.

Promotion uplift is typically expressed as a multiplier (1.5x, 2.3x) of the non-promoted baseline. Uplift above 2.0x generally indicates a promo that recruits new buyers rather than subsidizing loyal ones.
